The main objective of this training program is to generate awareness about the Food Processing and Food Retailing Industry amongst the students hailing from rural parts of the country.

Under the project the theoretical training is imparted by Adhyant Consultraining, a CII-City and Guilds approved training centre while, the on - the - job training is provided by Convenio Foods Retail Outlet and Food Processing Unit.

As an organization, Convenio Foods International Pvt. Ltd is poised for people orientation and helping the deserving candidates mainly from rural areas. The Company is involved in manufacturing and marketing of Frozen Foods both domestic and exports. As a policy, this organization is investing more on training the employees and converting them as skilled technician with multi-skills.

The training program involves following activities:

• Selecting candidates through campus interview.
• Inducting candidates as per their expertise areas.
• Selected candidates are given on-the-job training at the plant and exclusive outlets of Convenio Foods International Pvt Ltd. They are also given a stipend to cover their food and training expenses.
• The Candidates are groomed mainly in the areas of Food Hygiene, Housekeeping, Customer Service and Restaurant Management.
• Appraisal is done periodically and certification done for the successful candidates at the end of the training. Candidates are awarded with internationally recognized certificates from City & Guilds on successful completion.
• Post-training induction of the candidates is done by Convenio Foods International Pvt. Ltd and at their exclusive outlets.
