- To assimilate the needs of Industry and initiate suitable customization of its learning.
- To identify training providers for conduct of training for the approved disciplines.
Confederation of Indian Industry – Ministry of Overseas Indian Affairs (MOIA)
For Skill Up-Gradation and Pre-Departure Orientation of Potential Emigrant Workers- To frame broad based partnerships between MOIA and CII to carry out Skills Up gradation Initiative in India.
- To frame market driven schemes which could be self-sustainable for long-term basis.
- CII working with MOIA as knowledge partners in the process and provide comprehensive support as per the scope mentioned below-
- To provide training that connects directly to the work.
- To impart skills up gradation training on a sustainable framework with consistency.
- To carry out stringent quality assurance and consistency through independent assessment and verification from specially trained occupational specialists.

- To establish a relationship between Kuoni Academy and CII to provide “Travel & Tourism Related Training” to candidates under “University-Industry Synergy Project “ of CII-IGNOU.
- To identify and assimilate the needs of industry and initiate suitable customized training models of its learning in “Travel & Tourism”.
- To provide training and capacity building/ skills development in “Travel & Tourism” to the potential candidates enrolled through the IGNOU system to enable them earn livelihood for themselves.
- Supply highly skilled professionals to “Travel & Tourism” Industry.
Confederation of Indian Industry-Premier Shield Pvt Ltd
- To establish a relationship between Premier Shield Pvt Ltd and CII to provide “Security, Safety and Fire Protection Training” to candidates under “University-Industry Synergy Project “ of CII-IGNOU.
- To identify and assimilate the needs of industry and initiate suitable customized training models of its learning in “Security, Safety and Fire Protection”.
- Provide training and capacity building/ skills development in “Security, Safety and Fire Protection” to the potential candidates enrolled through the IGNOU system to enable them earn livelihood for themselves.
- Supply highly skilled professionals to “Security, Safety and Fire Protection Services” Industry.

- To establish a relationship between Educomp and CII to provide “Personality Development and Spoken English Courses” to candidates under “University-Industry Synergy Project “ of CII-IGNOU.
- To identify and assimilate the needs of industry and initiate suitable customized training models of its learning in “Personality Development and Spoken English Courses”.
- To provide training and capacity building/ skills development in Personality Development and Spoken English to the potential candidates enrolled through the IGNOU system to enable them to earn livelihood for themselves.

- To provide and equips a high-class, internationally qualified set of trainers/assessors for organizations and projects.
- To improve the standards for training and assessment improving skills and employment prospects of trainees.
- To provide proof of the quality of training to funding entities and more critically employers of the trained set.
- To enhance overall prospects and improve the quality of skills development initiatives.
- To contribute to overall welfare and social development.
Confederation of Indian Industry- A4E India Pvt Ltd
For Co-operation and assistance- To mutually support each other in the area of the vocational and employability skills in India to make India the skills capital of the world by training, assessment, market research, benchmarking, quality assurance and implementation programs on a pan –India basis.
- To review and undertake large scale, employer led, government supported international models and best practices in the skills development space.
- To facilitate wherever possible UK - India cooperation and exchange for skill issues and knowledge transfer.
- To run projects on a pan- India basis for training the rural / urban / tribal /differently abled between the age group 16 – 35 years; above / below the poverty line.
