Blue Book

Launch of the Blue Book on ITIs - Getting Started
Confederation of Indian Industry has released the Blue book "Getting Started" on up-gradation of ITIs in PPP Mode.. Blue Book is a reference for upgrading and running an Industry Training Institute - (ITI). The Blue Book is structured as a series of books that will be developed in a sequence.

The overall purpose of the Blue Book is to support ITIs towards the following objective:

1. Optimum allocation of funding.
2. Operational excellence of IMC.
3. Leveraging best practice across ITIs.
4. Localized ITI Strategic Organizational Assessment (SOA) diagnostic.
5. Strategic Contribution Forum for International Experts.

This book is prepared to help all players in the ecosystem of ITIs Including:

• IMC members from Industry - management and employees of Industry Partners.
• Government ITI Principal and staff
• State Governments - DET
• National Government - (DGET)

CII and PanIIT have together developed the Blue Book on up-gradation of ITIs Volume. PanITI is a network, forum for alumni of the Indian Institutes of Technology.
